“Services”refer to companies or businesses that provide the transportation/courier services and delivery of packages, documents, or goods from one location to another. These services are often characterized by speed, reliability, and door-to-door delivery, catering to both individuals and businesses. Couriers operate locally, nationally, or internationally, depending on their scale and infrastructure.
“Orders” refer to a request made by you to book and ship goods through our transport/courier services.
“Website” refers to unifiedlogisticsnetwork.co.in, accessible from https://unifiedlogisticsnetwork.co.in
“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order without giving any reason for doing so.
We allow refunds for any shipping related services made through our website.

1.1 Request for Cancellation:
Cancellation requests must be submitted before the shipment is picked up from the sender’s location. Requests can be made via our customer support portal, email, or helpline. -
1.2 Cancellation After Pickup:
Once a shipment has been picked up, cancellation is not permitted. In such cases, the consignment will proceed to delivery, and courier charges will be applicable. -
1.3 Non-Delivery Scenarios:
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the parcel will be returned to the sender. No refund will be issued in such cases unless the issue is due to an error on our part.
2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refund:
Refunds for courier charges are issued only under the following conditions:-
Shipment cancelled before pickup.

Shipment not picked up within 48 hours of scheduled pickup time (unless rescheduled by the customer).

Delivery failure due to error or negligence on part of Unified Logistics Network.

2.2 Refund Process:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of cancellation or failed pickup.

Valid proof or documentation may be required for refund approval.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.

2.3 Non-Refundable Charges:

Service tax or government levies (if any).

Charges incurred for any additional services (e.g., packaging, insurance) that were rendered before cancellation.

3. Special Circumstances

3.1 Force Majeure:
No refunds will be made for delays or non-fulfillment of services caused by events beyond our control, including natural calamities, strikes, governmental restrictions, or transportation disruptions. -
3.2 Promotions & Discounts:
If a shipment booked under a promotional offer is cancelled, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the promotional discount value.

Conditions for Returns
We reserve the right to refuse refunds of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
The consignor is responsible for the cost and risk associated with returning the goods. All returns must be sent to the following address:

We will not be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during transit. Therefore, we strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
